INCENTIVE POLICY (FOR MERCHANTS)

1. Purpose

This policy outlines how Merchants earn and use incentive credits, tracked under "myBalance".

2. Eligibility

  • Merchants must be verified and have an active store listing.
  • Incentives are awarded for valid coupon redemptions using the app.
  • Incentives are only applicable to redemptions processed fully via the 1Manch app, using valid store codes and coupon IDs.

3. myBalance Usage

  • Incentive credits are added to myBalance.
  • myBalance can be used to purchase 1Manch subscription services.
  • myBalance is non-transferable, non-withdrawable through the app, and does not represent real currency.

4. Disbursements

1Manch may, at its discretion, offer offline disbursements of earned incentives. All such cases will be handled by the support team and are subject to verification. Actual payouts are processed outside the platform via direct bank transfers or cheque

Offline disbursement (if allowed) will be solely at the discretion of 1Manch, and subject to applicable taxes, compliance checks, and documentation.

5. Abuse and Penalty

Merchants attempting to manipulate incentives, self-redeem coupons, or create fraudulent redemptions may:

  • Forfeit their myBalance
  • Be suspended or banned from the platform
  • Face legal action if required

6. Management Rights and Policy Changes

1Manch reserves the sole right to interpret, modify, suspend, or terminate this incentive policy at any time, with or without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The incentive rate or structure
  • Eligibility conditions
  • Disbursement mechanisms
  • Validity of myBalance credits
  • Inclusion or exclusion of specific stores or categories

 

All decisions made by 1Manch management regarding the award, usage, or disbursement of incentives shall be final and binding.

1Manch also reserves the right to withhold or reverse incentives in case of suspicious activity, system errors, or violations of platform terms. Merchants are advised to review updates to the policy periodically.
