1. Definitions
1Manch, We, Us, Platform, or App refers to the mobile application, website, and services offered under the brand "1Manch", operated by Farmserv Innovations Private Limited with their registered office at Plot No. 19, Block-B, Pocket-4, Sector-23, Dwarka, New Delhi, Delhi, South West Delhi, Delhi, India, 110075.
User refers to any individual who accesses or uses the 1Manch platform, including browsing, creating an account, posting content, purchasing coupons, or interacting with any existing or upcoming features of the platform.
Merchant refers to a User who has additionally registered a Store or Business on the platform for the purpose of accepting coupons, promoting listings, or subscribing to business tools and services. All Merchants are Users.
myBalance refers to the internal record of platform-specific credits assigned to a User or Merchant. For Users, it includes funds added for purchasing coupons or subscriptions. For Merchants, it includes incentives earned from platform activity and credits used for availing paid services. myBalance is non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and does not represent actual cash or a claim to funds outside the platform.
myCoins refers to activity-based reward credits earned by Users for posting, commenting, and engaging with the platform. myCoins are non-transferable, non-refundable, and do not carry any real-world monetary value. They may be used for discounts on coupon purchases within the app.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the 1Manch app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Incentive Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
They must be 18 years or older, or have consent from a parent or guardian if aged between 13–17.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.
Not impersonate others or post any illegal, misleading, or offensive content.
Respect the rights of other Users and Merchants.
Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
1Manch reserves the right to delete content or suspend accounts that violate community guidelines or these terms.
4. Platform Services
1Manch provides:
A platform to discover and purchase coupons redeemable at local businesses.
Community-driven features for posting, commenting, and earning engagement rewards (myCoins).
Subscription and promotional services for Merchants to enhance their visibility.
A classifieds section for individual Users to post and browse local listings to sell, rent, or connect with others within the community.
5. Content & Community
Users may post content (text, media, comments). You retain ownership but grant 1Manch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within or outside the platform.
Users must ensure that posted content is respectful and relevant to the community. Repeated violations may result in content removal or account suspension.
1Manch reserves the unconditional right to remove any content from the platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice or obligation to justify such removal.
Users must not post content that infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable law
6. myCoin Rewards System
Users can earn “myCoins” by engaging on the platform — posting, commenting, sharing, etc.
The criteria for earning myCoins are proprietary and may change over time.
myCoins can be redeemed for discounts on coupon purchases within the app.
myCoins are non-transferable, non-refundable, and hold no real-world monetary value.
7. Coupon Purchases and Redemption
Coupons are redeemable at participating physical stores who have subscribed for promotional tools and are running the Coupon offer at the time of redemption.
Only coupons purchased by Users can be redeemed at participating physical stores.
Coupons are valid until the expiry date mentioned and cannot be redeemed or refunded after expiration.
Coupons can be redeemed only once. If the full coupon value is not utilized in one transaction, the remaining value is forfeited.
Example: A coupon worth INR 200 is redeemed at a store where the maximum discount allowed per coupon is INR 150. The user will receive only INR 150 in that transaction.
Only one coupon may be used per order at the store. Stores may limit the number of redemptions per user per day.
Coupon redemption is processed via the app using coupon codes and store codes.
Participating stores reserve the right to reject a coupon if it is not valid, expired, or in case of system issues. However, rejections without valid reason and repeated merchant refusals may lead to merchant penalties or delisting.
Coupons listed on 1Manch are subject to Merchants’/ Stores’ specific terms and conditions.
Users must note:
Minimum order value required for coupon redemption varies by store.
Maximum coupon value or discount cap applicable per order is defined by the merchant.
Some coupons may be valid only on specific products, days, or transaction types.
Before applying a coupon, users are advised to review the “Store Terms” section visible on the store’s page in the app. 1Manch is not liable if a coupon is rejected or provides a lower-than-expected benefit due to store-defined conditions.

8. Merchant Services
Merchants are required to:
Verify their business identity and store details.
Accept valid coupons presented by Users through the app.
Adhere to 1Manch policies regarding redemptions and myBalance credits.
Use platform tools and subscription services as per their applicable terms.
Users may post individual listings to sell, rent, or advertise services within the classifieds section of the platform.
All listings must be truthful, lawful, and in compliance with local regulations.
1Manch does not verify the authenticity or accuracy of user-posted listings and shall not be responsible for any transactions or disputes arising therefrom.
Users are solely responsible for their listings and any interactions or consequences that may arise from them.
By posting a listing, you agree to indemnify and hold 1Manch harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to your listing, including but not limited to misrepresentation, fraud, or regulatory non-compliance.
1Manch does not provide any warranties, guarantees, or representations related to the quality, condition, legality, or availability of any items or services listed.
10. Use of myBalance
myBalance is a digital representation of available credits.
For Users: it reflects prepaid funds for purchasing coupons. No in-app virtual goods are sold to Users.
For Merchants: it includes incentives for accepting coupons and purchases of paid services.
myBalance cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users, or withdrawn via the app.
11. Termination
1Manch reserves the right to terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms, fraud, abuse, or technical harm.
By using 1Manch, you acknowledge and agree that:
Content Moderation:
1Manch reserves the right to review, moderate, remove, or restrict any content that violates our community guidelines, Terms of Use, or applicable laws — with or without prior notice.
Account Actions:
We may suspend, limit, or terminate user accounts that engage in prohibited activities, misuse the platform, or breach any of our policies.
Feature and Service Changes:
The platform may be modified, upgraded, or discontinued (in whole or part) at any time as per business needs. We may introduce new features or remove existing ones without prior notice.
Data Retention and Deletion:
1Manch does not guarantee permanent storage of any user data or content. The platform’s management may, at its sole discretion, delete, archive, or purge old data in accordance with internal policies, business decisions, or legal requirements. Users are advised to back up important content independently.
Analytics and Improvements:
We use aggregated and anonymized data to analyze platform usage, improve services, and develop new features. This may include processing data through third-party service providers.
While we strive to provide a reliable and secure platform, 1Manch does not guarantee uninterrupted access, data permanence, or error-free operations.
You acknowledge and agree that:
1Manch is not responsible for any loss of data, content, or user activity due to technical issues, user error, or unauthorized access.
The platform may experience downtime, maintenance, bugs, or service interruptions, and 1Manch shall not be held liable for any damages arising from such disruptions.
The management of 1Manch reserves the right to archive, delete, or purge old user data or content at its discretion, in accordance with internal business policies or regulatory requirements, without prior notice.
It is the user's responsibility to maintain backups of any important content posted or stored on the platform.
Ownership of Platform Content
All intellectual property rights in the 1Manch platform — including but not limited to the design, logo, branding, layout, software, features, and original content created by 1Manch — are owned by or licensed to 1Manch and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or its content without our written consent.
User-Generated Content
By posting, uploading, or sharing any content (including text, images, videos, comments, reviews, or other materials) on 1Manch, you:
Confirm that you own the content or have the necessary rights to share it,
Grant 1Manch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and create derivative works of your content in connection with the operation, promotion, improvement, and marketing of the platform and related services.
This license continues even if you stop using the platform or delete your account, for the content already published or shared.
Community and Public Content Visibility
Content posted in public communities or groups on 1Manch may be viewed, shared, or commented on by other users. Please avoid posting any personal or sensitive information unless you are comfortable making it public.
Reporting and Removal
If you believe your intellectual property rights are being infringed by content on 1Manch, you can report it to us via our Grievance Officer or the in-app reporting mechanism. We will review and act upon valid takedown requests in accordance with applicable laws.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users and merchants to do the same.
If you believe that any content on the 1Manch platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may notify us by sending a Copyright Infringement Complaint to our Grievance Officer at:

Include the following details:
Your full name and contact details
A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
The exact URL or description of the infringing material
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized
A declaration that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
Your electronic or physical signature
Upon receiving a valid complaint, we will review and may remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content. Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination.
By registering a merchant/store account and uploading content (e.g., store logos, banners, offer posters, product images, contact information, videos, etc.), you grant 1Manch a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote such content on the platform and its affiliated channels.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Featuring the content in user feeds, notifications, and search results
Including it in promotional campaigns or sponsored listings
Using it to display store profile pages and offers within the app
You confirm that you have the necessary rights to upload and share such content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
1Manch reserves the right to reject or remove any merchant content that violates community standards, legal norms, or brand safety policies.
Merchants are solely responsible for honoring discounts, offers, and coupons that they choose to participate in on the 1Manch platform. By sharing their store code and enabling coupon redemption through the app, the merchant agrees to:
Provide the agreed discount or benefit to users upon successful coupon redemption
Accept valid coupons generated through 1Manch for their store
Ensure that store staff are informed and equipped to handle coupon redemptions professionally
1Manch acts only as a facilitator and shall not be held liable in the event a merchant fails to deliver the promised benefit after a valid coupon has been redeemed.
If a merchant fails to honor a valid coupon despite enabling it through store codes and listings on 1Manch:
The transaction may be flagged for review
The merchant’s account may be suspended or delisted temporarily or permanently
Incentives (myBalance credits) earned by the merchant may be withheld or reversed
Repeat or intentional violations may lead to legal action and permanent removal from the platform
All such actions are at the sole discretion of 1Manch management, and decisions made will be final and binding.
18. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1Manch, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use or misuse of the 1Manch platform;
Any content you post, upload, share, or otherwise make available through the platform;
Your violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable law, rule, or regulation;
Your violation of any rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights.
This indemnity obligation will survive the termination or expiration of your account or access to the platform.
1Manch shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations under this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service if such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control. These may include but are not limited to:
Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
Internet or power outages
Cyberattacks or security breaches beyond our control
Acts of government or regulatory authorities
Pandemic, epidemic, or other public health emergencies
Legal restrictions or judicial orders
War, terrorism, or civil unrest
Such events will be treated as force majeure, and we shall resume performance as soon as reasonably possible once the event has passed.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to the provisions of the Arbitration Clause (if applicable), the courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
